Most products sold by Made with love by Aleksi are personalized, engraved, or made to order. Because these products are created specifically for each customer, the following return and refund conditions apply.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that production or personalization has not already started.
After 24 hours, or once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Personalized and custom-made items
Personalized, engraved, customized, or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds because of:
- Incorrect names, dates, initials, wording, or other personalization information provided by the customer.
- Changes of mind after the order has entered production.
- Minor variations in engraving appearance, positioning, color, or finish that are inherent to the personalization or manufacturing process.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved personalization due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the item.
- Photographs of the packaging if the item was damaged during shipping.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund, as appropriate.
Returns
Because our products are primarily personalized or custom-made, we generally do not accept returns.
If we authorize a return as an exception, the item must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is required because of an error on our part.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Original shipping charges and expedited shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error on our part or applicable law requires otherwise.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
