Refund & Return Policy

Most of our products are custom-made or personalized. Because of this, the following rules apply:

Non-returnable items

Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect personalization, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.

General conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original condition for any exceptions.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.
  • We cannot accept returns due to incorrect personalization details provided by the customer.
