1. General Information
This website is operated by JEAMA LLC (Wyoming, USA). Orders placed from the United States are processed by JEAMA LLC. Orders placed from the European Union (EU) or other international regions are processed and fulfilled by MB Jeama (Lithuania, VAT: LT100013796710, Company code: 305702551).
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Products
Many of our items are handmade and personalized. Slight variations in color, engraving, material, or texture are natural and part of each product’s uniqueness.
3. Personalization
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details (names, dates, text, etc.). We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
Personalized and custom-made items are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or incorrect engraving caused by our error.
4. Payments
All payments must be completed at checkout using supported payment methods. We do not store or have access to your payment card information.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Processing time is typically 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on destination and shipping method.
- USA: fulfilled and shipped from Minnesota (via JEAMA LLC logistics partners)
- EU: shipped from Lithuania by MB Jeama
- International: shipped from Lithuania or the USA, depending on destination
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Taxes & Duties
United States: Sales tax is collected only in states where JEAMA LLC has a legal
obligation (e.g., Minnesota).
European Union: VAT is collected and remitted by MB Jeama (Lithuania) according
to EU regulations.
International customers may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, or additional taxes.
7. Returns & Refunds
Personalized and made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our mistake.
Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging for any claim.
8. Prohibited Use
Customers agree not to use this website for illegal or fraudulent activities, or to attempt to interfere with the site’s functionality or security.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for: carrier delays, customs delays, personalization mistakes made by the customer, lost packages caused by incorrect address, or indirect/incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
10. Governing Law
USA customers: governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. EU customers: governed by Lithuanian law and applicable EU consumer protection acts.
