When I first ordered this item she shipped it out. It got lost and she remade the order and shipped that one. Unfortunately the post used also lost the second one. She made a third set used a different post and sent it and it finally came in. She did send photos of the package each time with receipts showing the tracking #. She was honest and communicated with me throughout the whole ordeal. She made sure I was getting my product no matter what. I finally got it and it’s incredible! I’m beyond happy with my order and deeply appreciate this sellers hard work and dedication.
